"I did this piece around the time of the Garissa College Masacre where 147 Christian students were targeted and murdered.   My heart hurt for all the  mothers and family members of those that were so brutally killed.  Picasso's Weeping Woman, to me, showed terror and agony, yet his dove of peace showed hope.  The Mural by Henri Matisse in Rosary Chapel shows the love between a Mother and Child.  My thoughts and prayers are with all those who have suffered."  corbyn
